Easter Cooking, Food & Desserts

My background is one hundred percent Italian. Our traditional Easter main course has always been roast leg of lamb with roasted red potatoes. Most other people we know serve ham. Feel free to send me your traditional Easter food ideas! I'd love to add a link to them. You will also find excellent Passover recipes here!

Either way you feast, do enjoy! Good food is to be savored, devoured and appreciated. None of this diet scare on a holiday, folks! Let it go and truly enjoy your meal. You can always go back to boring food the day after. This way, your cravings will be abated and you'll feel better.

Remember to devour one of those scrumptious desserts, too! Sugar is my personal pacifier ... keeps me smiling and what could be wrong with that? In moderation ... you'll be a happier bunny for it. :-)
