When my older daughter was a toddler, her father and I decided she needed a comfortable, kid-sized chair of her own. A chair where her little legs didn't dangle a few feet above the ground. She had a few plastic kid-sized chairs and the wood chairs that went with her kid's table but they weren't comfortable or soft. So her father went about gathering the materials to make her an upholstered fabric chair. It took him several hours to create the little masterpiece and her soft, pink chair became one of her most favorite possessions. We have a buncha pictures of her and her little sister conked out in that sweet little chair. :-)
At that time, kid's chairs were not easy to come by. We went to all the obvious stores and children's specialty boutiques but never found the chair we were looking for. Today, there are hundreds of great soft chairs for kids to choose from and they are online! YESSSSSS! :-)
