Okay let’s face it, tromping into a crowded office in a tacky dress suit, tripping over other applicants for a job trying to walk in the seasons trendiest least comfortable footwear and plopping down to brush the stray hair out of our eyes and then miraculously obtaining the job most describe as ‘gainful’ only happens on the big screen. In real life it takes a little more than straight up comedy, it takes grace and if you don’t have it, chances are you want it.

We’ve all sat back to see the women with the most! The woman who walks into a room and demands attention because she’s dressed neatly and appropriately, she walks with her head high and her body flows across the room—she’s mastered grace.

As a young girl many of us have actually attempted walking across the room wearing a pair of mom’s heels, sporting a book on our head, holding the shoulders evenly, tummy tucked and then we look in the mirror, it seemed hopeless so most of us gave up. Grace is much more than simple appearance but anyone with the will can master the grace of sitting, walking, ascending and descending stairs and getting in and out of a car.

Maria Verdeja teaches all of that and more to women eager to learn through a system called UdefineU. Maria Verdeja is a professional ballerina and the Artistic Director of the Arts Ballet Company in Miami, Florida.

And who better to teach grace than a professional ballerina!

The UdefineU video program however is not a program geared specifically at dancers or battling ballerinas, this system is produced with women in general in mind. Anyone can benefit from this system and learn how to present themselves to the world with the confidence needed to face the world … gracefully.
